What was the highlight of BQ Belvedere Hotel
Great stay, very clean
The hotel was very clean and spacious. The room was clean and comfortable.
The staff came across as a little rude at times. I understand they may not speak English but a few times there was no attempt to try and understand each other. Additionally, two separate times a cleaner entered my room whilst I was inside and had door closed, the final time saying it was check out time at 11am when checkout was at 12pm.
